Delete your AstralRoots account
AstralRoots is made by Israel Oluye Dianga, trading as D&D TechBros, the developer of AstralRoots. You can delete your account and its data in two ways.
In the app
- Open AstralRoots and go to Me.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the page.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Your account and its data are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@astralroots.app from the address you use for AstralRoots, with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm it is your account, delete it, and reply to let you know, within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account, name, birth details, natal chart, daily readings and saved readings, journal entries and check-ins, your computed returns and seasons, reminders, notification preferences, push tokens and subscription status. Copies may remain in our providers' encrypted backups for a short time until those backups expire.
What is not affected
A Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account. Please cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Google keeps its own records of your purchases under Google's privacy policy.
